MLC is one of Australia’s most respected and innovative schools, with over 2,100 students from our Early Learning Centre to Year 12, including approx. 100 Boarders in Years 7-12.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and visionary leader as Head of Senior School. This position is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the school community, which is comprised of over 600 students across Years 11 and 12, supported by a team of dedicated staff.
The role requires an experienced educator, with a breadth of curriculum knowledge, ideally including IB. The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills with a philosophical focus on student learning, achievement and wellbeing and will be able to build positive relationships and represent the College in a variety of forums.
Reporting to the Principal, the Head of Senior School is also a member of the College leadership teams.
