PA to Head of Senior College - Term-time + 4 non term-time weeks

A brilliant opportunity for a motivated and experienced Personal Assistant with the added benefit of working term-time only + 4 weeks non term-time.

What is the Role?

Working with the Head and Deputy Head of Senior College to provide administrative support and organise the day to day running of the Senior College.  

Who will the successful applicant be?

  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships both within the School and externally
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence to assess situations and respond appropriately
  • Capable of working calmly under pressure and with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to prepare and plan multiple tasks to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated computer skills including proficient knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite and MS Teams, and strong IT skills generally
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience in a similar role within a busy Secondary School would be desirable
