Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College is an independent school for girls in years 7 - 12. An opportunity has become available for an experienced College Receptionist to join the College on a full time basis. This position is responsible for providing a warm and friendly front of house reception for all visitors to the College. This role also provides general administrative support across the College as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of College reception
  • Providing reception services for visitors, students and staff including providing information to students and staff regarding class location
  • Communicating student information as required
  • Providing general office support for the College as directed
  • Other duties as required

Must have:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication including a high level of written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service
  • Ability to deal professionally and discretely with external and internal queries, concerns and complaints
  • Ability to build excellent working relationships across the College

This is a full-time position working on an agreed roster with hours of 8.00am - 4.00pm (Monday to Friday) or 8.30am - 4.30pm (Monday to Friday).
