The Friends’ School is a leading Independent School in Tasmania, teaching students from Early Learning to Year 12 across the PYP, IBDP and Australian Curriculum.

We have a fantastic opening for an enthusiastic and motivated early-career teacher to fill the role of Daily Relief Teacher in our Secondary School. This role is designed to meet the needs of The Friends’ School by taking on relief responsibility for a range of classes with different needs across the Secondary School, Years 7 – 12 and is an incredible opportunity to transition to the Independent Educational sector.

The Daily Relief Teacher reports to the Heads of Campus, 7-8 and 9-12, on a daily basis for teaching responsibilities and daily expectations. The day-to-day expectations would change depending on the requirements of the School, classes and students.

This is a two year fixed-term, full-time role will commence as soon as possible.
