Trinity Grammar School strives to ensure that every student is individually known, cared for and guided to grow in mind, body and spirit. With an extensive range of world class educational programs – including the International Baccalaureate, vocational competencies, and a significant range of Co-curricular activities – Trinity provides a wealth of opportunities for every student to develop his unique gifts, skills, and talents. Our goal is to extend those opportunities through committing to the development of a robust fundraising program which supports the School well into the future, creating a sustainable culture of philanthropy.

The School is now looking to appoint our new Director of Alumni and Philanthropy. This role is pivotal in the provision of leadership and content to build, inform, manage, implement, and evaluate the School’s Alumni and philanthropy programmes- working with key stakeholders to provide philanthropic funds for facilities, resources, bursaries, and other priority areas.

As the successful candidate, through both a strategic and systematic approach, you will demonstrate experience in philanthropic development, and the cultivation and solicitation of major donations, ideally gained in an education or comparable setting.

Your exemplary relationship management, interpersonal skills and experience will evidence your abilities in building credible and enduring relationships between the School and its community achieved through a variety of stakeholders with the end goal to enhance the School’s financial and social sustainability through philanthropy and advocacy.

Your attention to detail and your proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is important to this role. Depending on the task at hand whether that be working on budget submissions, reviewing proposals or meeting with stakeholders you will be consistently challenged and engaged with new experiences.

In exchange for your knowledge, talents and commitment, Trinity will provide a supportive organisational culture based on a strong Christian foundation, an enthusiastic team, a generous salary, endless coffee, access to salary packaging, off-street undercover parking with EV charging facilities, and access to a wide range of facilities including an on-site gym.
