Teachers at the college are expected to contribute to the co-curricular life of the school.

Contract and remuneration will be in accordance with the Secondary Teachers' collective agreement (CA). as assessed by the Salary Assessment Unit of the Ministry of Education. Annual remuneration is dependent on service and qualifications, starting rate of $ 59,027.00 and a top rate of $ 99,216.00. Hours of work will be as set out in the SCA.
