Pembroke School is a co-educational, non-denominational, day and boarding School from Early Learning Centre to Year 12. Pembroke School offers the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and is also an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, offering the IB Diploma and the Primary Years Programme (PYP).

Our current Dean of Studies is stepping down from this Position of Responsibly following 23 years of outstanding service to Pembroke School in this role. We are therefore seeking a visionary educator with excellent team management and people skills to provide academic leadership to our School.

The planning and management of the School's academic programme is critical. The whole School community regards the Dean of Studies position highly. It carries responsibilities which requires an experienced educational leader with vision able to operate R-12. The Dean of Studies is a key member of the School's leadership team and is expected to contribute strongly to the development of education policy and the management of the whole School.

The Principal will be searching for an educational leader who can inspire confidence and lead the planning and management of the School's academic programme in our complex, exciting and intelligent community. Staff, students, and parents have great admiration for the current Dean of Studies at Pembroke, and the next Dean of Studies should feel they too can make a significant contribution to the life of the School.
