ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and passionate educator with strong leadership experience to fill the position of Director of Learning & PYP Co-ordinator to provide efficient leadership at our Preparatory School to bring unity and consistency across all areas.

To be successful for this role you will have: Previous experience in teaching across K-6 year levels A deep knowledge of the NESA curriculum and IB Primary Years Programme Experience in leading a school through accreditation processes Strong interpersonal skills Commitment to ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with changing pedagogy, curriculum, staffing, resourcing and leadership Proven experience as a team player Experience in managing challenging, complex and ambiguous situations effectively and objectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
A qualified educator with teaching qualifications and A Masters in Leadership / and another complimentary stream preferred
