As a member of the Primary School Leadership Team, the Director of Student Life has oversight of the operational processes and systems that exist to enhance the quality of education within the Primary School. The Director works to embed and contribute to the ongoing development of whole school processes and policies specifically related to operational, governance, child protection, work health and safety and student duty of care matters.
The Director models the expectation to strive for high levels of achievement as well as high levels of moral and ethical standards. Building trusting working relationships, talking optimistically about the future, demonstrating a strong sense of purpose and helping others to develop their strengths will be evidence of the Director’s ability to lead within the School community.
The Director of Student Life works alongside the Primary School Administration Manager and will have line management of Northside Campus Director and Assistant Directors.
