An amazing opportunity has arisen within the Sports Department team be a part of a highly successful rowing program. The successful candidate will be required to lead and manage all aspects of the Radford College Rowing Program with vision and energy, while reporting to the Head of Sport.

The Head of Rowing is responsible for delivering an engaging, challenging, and inclusive Radford Rowing Program where students can develop a life-long passion for rowing. This also includes, but is not limited to:

About you
The successful candidate will hold a NCAS Level 2 or above qualification. Demonstrated accountability, delivery of outcomes and a solid understanding school rowing environments with extensive experience leading teams of coaches. Be familiar with and have the capabilities to manage the fast-paced, high workload that comes with running a school rowing program and boatshed.
They will be a confident self-starter, well organised, possess excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships with multiple stakeholders both inside and outside of the College. Furthermore, they can be relied upon to work autonomously and to a high standard.
