Director of People and Culture

This ongoing, full-time role calls for an authentic senior HR generalist with appropriate tertiary qualifications and prior experience in a senior leadership role, ideally in an educational setting.

Reporting to the College Principal, the successful candidate will be able to lead the College HR function, supporting College leaders and employees in all stages of the employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding and exiting as well as managing industrial/employee relations (including enterprise bargaining), policy development and implementation, HR compliance, issue resolution, staff injury management and provision of HR advice.  Leading a small HR team, the Director of People and Culture will have a strategic focus, striving for the continuous improvement in all HR systems and processes, whilst also providing hands-on day to day support to a small team.
