  • Applicants with the ability to teach to HSC Mathematics Extension 1 level is desirable.
  • Knowledge of IB Diploma and MYP programmes would be an advantage but is not essential.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Cranbrook School is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic specialist teacher of Mathematics to commence Term 1, 2020. Applicants with the ability to teach to HSC Mathematics Extension 1 level is desirable. Knowledge of IB Diploma and MYP programmes would be an advantage but is not essential.

The successful applicant will have a sound understanding of the requirements of the New South Wales curriculum and the ability to inspire boys in their love of Mathematics and pursuit of excellence.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Applicants must be excellent communicators, creative, able to work well with boys, parents and other teachers and willing to take an active and enthusiastic part in the full life of the School, including one semester of co-curricular activities outside normal teaching hours.
